1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of winterless.net (the “Website”) and Winterless products that link to these Terms, including the WL2048 Android game (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Services for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or bypass the security of the Services;
• use automated means to scrape or access the Services where prohibited by law or technical controls;
• reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with Winterless.

3. The Services

The Website provides information about Winterless and its products. WL2048 is an Android puzzle game. No account is required. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued, and availability may vary by device, region, store, or network.

The WL2048 web edition is not currently available. Any “Coming Soon” label describes our present intention and is not a promise of a release date.

4. Advertising and rewards

WL2048 may display interstitial or rewarded advertising provided through Google AdMob. Availability, content, and delivery of advertisements may depend on your region, device, network, privacy choices, and third-party services. A rewarded-ad feature only grants its stated in-App benefit when the App confirms completion. In-App rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their branding, text, software, visual design, and other original content, are owned by Winterless or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as provided. They do not transfer ownership.

6. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google UMP, Google Play services, app stores, and website hosting. Third parties are responsible for their own services, terms, privacy practices, and availability. We do not control third-party content.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winterless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use, arising from the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

8. Responsibility and termination

You are responsible for your lawful use of the Services. We may restrict or end access if you materially violate these Terms or if needed to protect users, third parties, Winterless, or the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms when the Services or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Applicable governing law and forum depend on mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules in your location. These Terms do not limit rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
